Aniar is currently seeking applications for stagiaires for the Kitchen and Front of House.
Minimum commitment is for 12 weeks.

Kitchen Stagiaire Programme
Our Kitchen Stagiaire Programme provides the applicant with a complete understanding of what we do in Aniar. From cooking to pickling, fermenting and preservation, this program teaches the chef about the core ingredients of Irish cuisine. A strong focus on wild herbs and seaweed is included in our program. Upon finishing our program the stagiare will not only have a better understanding of Irish food, but also the discipline it takes to preserve our many traditions.
